| Success for young hairdresser |

| Hairdressing learner, Kerrie Pringle, recently completed her apprenticeship qualification, having been at Palmersville for the past 2 years and firstly undertaking her NVQ Level 1. Kerrie lives in South Shields and travelled 2-3 days per week to Palmersville to study. The remaining days she worked at placement, BJ's salon in South Shields. The salon have been extremely supportive of Kerrie and encouraged her all the way, whilst liaising closely with the training staff here. They were so pleased with her progress they offered her full time employment, with immediate effect. With relations being so good between the salon and ourselves they have agreed to take another of our learners on placement and help them through their NVQ. Congratulations to Kerrie and the training staff at Palmersville on this achievement! |
