| Monday 17th December saw the first day of the Christmas lunches being served in the restaurant. The learners were in at the crack of dawn (5am to be precise!), to prepare the turkey and vegetables and set the tables, which I think you will agree, look fab! The learners themselves were experiencing, for the first time, waiter/waitress service and certainly looked the part. They dealt admirably and the day went off without any hitches. They rounded it off by singing Christmas carols, with the customers joining in and getting into the festive spirit. Well done to the staff and learners in the Hospitality Department and here's looking forward to another successful year! |
